Job Overview:

This role plays a pivotal part in expanding into the corporate market segment. As a corporate account manager, you will be responsible for growing and managing accounts across various regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Engagement: Understand the business structure, needs, and challenges of large enterprises. Communicate your solutions' functionality, benefits, and opportunities to add value relative to each organization. Manage the end-to-end sales process, navigating complex negotiations through to close.
  • Prospecting/Networking: Consistently prospect and network; find opportunities and drive pipeline growth. This may include events, cold calls, nurture emails, and other methods to drive your own pipeline growth. Network with every board member, influencer, senior leader, or connection to your corporate accounts.
  • Account Strategy: Create and execute an account strategy for every potential or existing client. This includes stakeholder engagement plans, meeting cadence, key value insights, and all details in between to ensure success for that account.
  • Account Management: Work closely with existing clients to build relationships, drive value across the organization with collaboration from other account managers. Clearly articulate value back to clients and work with them to drive expansion opportunities and accelerate the rollout of technology.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, customer success, and support teams to ensure exceptional results for corporate accounts.
  • Forecasting: Enable monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue.
  • Growth Initiatives: Optimize and evolve account management strategies to accelerate growth while becoming more efficient and predictable as the company scales.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with enterprise customers, navigating complex sales cycles, and expanding value over time. Strong networks are likely a given.
  • A hunter with a strong understanding of complex sales cycles, how to create urgency, and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Deep passion for helping businesses succeed. Experience in similar industries is a strong bonus.
