Job Overview:

 

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team on an initial contract of approximately 12 months, with a potential view to permanency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and driving business outcomes.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering strategic training programs that meet the needs of our department. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of learning initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning programs and services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and requirements, capability, and skill gaps across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain user-centric systems and quick reference guides where applicable.

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or ability to obtain the certificate.
