About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Senior Client Executive to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our Client Services department, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, driving campaign success, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, agency partners, and media owners.
  • Collaborate on campaign setup, buying, and reporting, providing insights and supporting the Client Manager in media planning and strategy.
  • Support the Client Associate in their development and upskilling.
  • Work with clients on broader requests and provide guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements.

Your Background:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar communication planning and client service role within a medium to large media/advertising agency.
  • Strong attention to detail and natural curiosity.
  • Proactive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and teams.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Naturally collaborative and enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Mid-level experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Passion for the advertising and media industry, self-motivated to stay up-to-date with industry developments, practices, and tools.
