About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team as a Strategic Financial Partner. In this role, you will operate as a finance business partner and play a pivotal role in supporting the continued success of the business by providing financial insights and strategic guidance to the business leaders responsible for our client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end management reporting and prepare comprehensive reports including recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Partner and collaborate with the client account leaders as their trusted commercial advisor, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver financial analysis activities including performance forecasting, account modeling, and cost structure reviews.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting activities and monitor performance against targets.
  • Drive efficiencies, improve processes, and deliver a financial approach that aligns with key business goals.
  • Deliver corporate governance procedures, risk management, and internal controls.

Your Background:

  • An experienced Accountant with strong financial acumen and a commercial mindset.
  • An ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and effectively partner and advise non-financial stakeholders.
  • Highly capable across financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with experience working with relevant tools and systems.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • This is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work with multiple stakeholders and manage many priorities. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail is required.
