Job Title:

VFX Production Coordinator

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a VFX Production Coordinator. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our high-end feature film projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules and tasks with production and supervision teams to ensure accurate and efficient flow of information.
  • Maintain databases with current element and shot statuses, streamlining project management.
  • Organize dailies and review sessions, facilitating collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Manage materials and client communications, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in production on high-end productions.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing timelines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong knowledge of VFX feature film production pipeline and departmental functions.
  • Experience coordinating and running review sessions (dailies).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and working with databases.
  • Familiarity with FTP software and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Shotgun software and other industry-standard tools.
  • Basic HTML/Wiki skills for creating documentation and guides.
  • Familiarity with FileMaker or other database management systems.
