As a VFX Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our production team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide producers of all levels to ensure seamless project execution

- Collaborate with the new business team on early-stage projects to foster growth and innovation

- Oversee newly awarded projects without assigned producers, working closely with the head of production to achieve milestones

- Hand over new projects to assigned producers with detailed briefs and overviews to guarantee smooth handoffs

- Monitor creative and financial progress of shows with junior or associate producers, providing regular updates to the head of production

- Lead weekly meetings with experienced producers to maintain open communication and provide guidance when needed

Requirements:

  • Extensive high-end feature film VFX producer experience with a proven track record of success
  • Proven project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment
  • Experience in bidding and winning work, with a strong understanding of market trends
  • Ability to oversee multiple VFX shows simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage production teams under pressure and motivate them to achieve their best
  • Expertise in building effective relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Minimum education of diploma level or equivalent, with a strong foundation in business and industry principles
  • Ability to establish priorities among multiple shows and allocate resources accordingly
