Visual Effects Composite Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Effects Composite Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience in the VFX industry, with expertise in Nuke and a keen eye for colour, composition, and technical shot finishing.

This role involves working closely with VFX Supervisors and 2D Supervisors to composite live-action and computer graphic elements. The successful candidate will be able to manage complex workloads, communicate effectively with the team, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Compositing live-action and CG elements to create final shots
  • Performing blue/green screen extractions and complex CG integration
  • Participating in client reviews and daily sessions

The Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 6 years VFX industry experience as a compositor on high-end live-action feature films
  • Experience using Nuke
  • Knowledge and interest in photography and practical lighting
  • A showreel demonstrating a wide range of high-end work
