Production Operations Specialist

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of high-end VFX feature film projects by providing comprehensive support to the production and supervision teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure artists are well-informed about their work schedules and timely relay information back to the production and supervision teams
  • Coordinate the exchange of information and assets between artists and departments with utmost efficiency
  • Maintain databases with up-to-date element and shot statuses
  • Oversee daily operations, taking meticulous notes
  • Evaluate the flow of materials to and from clients with precision

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in production on high-end productions
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing project timelines
  • Strong understanding of the VFX feature film production pipeline and department functions
  • Experience in coordinating and conducting review sessions (dailies)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with databases
  • Familiarity with FTP software
