Key Executive VFX Role

This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-end feature film productions. As an Executive VFX Producer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a VFX Producer on high-end feature films, with a proven track record in project management, scheduling, and budgeting. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal crews, cross-site teams, and clients.

  • Mentor junior and associate producers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the global new business team to secure awards for our studio.
  • Oversee newly awarded projects without an assigned producer, providing guidance and oversight as necessary.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Mentoring and guiding junior and associate producers.
  • Collaborating with the global new business team.
  • Overseeing newly awarded projects.
  • Working closely with the head of production to assign new shows to the appropriate producer.
  • Delivering detailed briefs and overviews to assigned producers.
  • Monitoring creative and financial progress of shows staffed with junior or associate producers.
  • Leading weekly meetings with experienced producers.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and studios.

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize multiple shows and manage competing deadlines, while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude.

This is a permanent staff position requiring regular attendance at our Sydney office. Relocation to Sydney will be required for this role.
