Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior VFX Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall success of high-end feature film projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide producers of all levels, particularly Junior and Associate Producers, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Work closely with the global New Business team to support early-stage projects as needed.
  • Oversee newly awarded projects that don't yet have an assigned producer and work with the Head of Production to assign new shows to the appropriate producer.
  • Hand off new projects to assigned producers with detailed briefs and overviews.
  • Monitor the creative and financial progress of shows where there is a junior or Associate producer in place.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with experienced producers to ensure production is running smoothly.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Head of Production to discuss current projects and incoming new projects.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and act as a point of escalation for any issues on shows.
  • Collaborate with Production Accounts to track the financial health of projects.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in high-end feature film VFX production management.
  • Proven project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.
  • Experience in bidding and winning work.
  • Ability to oversee multiple VFX projects.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage production teams under pressure.
  • Expertise in building effective working relationships and communication with internal teams, cross-site teams, and clients.
