Senior Production Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing timelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of high-end VFX feature film projects by supporting the production and supervision teams.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and run review sessions (dailies) and maintain databases with current element and shot statuses.

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in production on high-end productions
  • Proven experience of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing timelines
  • Good knowledge of the VFX Feature Film production pipeline, and the functions of the relevant departments within the pipeline
  • Experience coordinating and running review sessions (dailies)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in working with databases
  • Knowledge of FTP software
  • Diploma or equivalent education
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Shotgun software
  • HTML / Wiki skills
  • Knowledge of File maker
