We're a dynamic team of car enthusiasts and watch connoisseurs dedicated to disrupting the traditional auction industry.
The RoleAs a key member of our growing, diverse team, you'll be responsible for fostering relationships with sellers and collectors locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop long-lasting partnerships and become an integral part of our fast-moving, innovative company.
- Be a dedicated point of contact through the life of the auction process, communicating effectively with clients to foster repeat business.
- Research values of collectable cars, analysing industry trends to make informed decisions on market trends and determine competitive market reserves.
- Manage the full consignment process, including administration tasks such as arranging photography and utilizing Salesforce to manage consignments and customers from prospects through to auction close.
- Continually work to build your network and bring in new business opportunities.
- Participate in external events to help build awareness of the brand.
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider team to support the success of all members.
- Prior experience within a sales-based role, successfully delivering against revenue goals.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with proven abilities to work independently to source and close sales.
- Adaptable and open-minded, with a constant desire to identify opportunities for growth and evolution.
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to demonstrate this in practice.
- A commercial mindset with a customer-first approach, prioritizing excellent service to build reputation and referrals.
- Confident telephone manner and high call volume capability.
- The ability to research and absorb information quickly, enabling you to identify suitable vehicles from multiple high-resolution images.
- Attention to detail and an investigative approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
