Job DescriptionWe are seeking an HR and Recruitment Coordinator to support our dynamic team in various aspects of Human Resources and Recruitment.
This role will involve facilitating new hire orientations and onboarding processes, managing HR email inboxes, collaborating with HR & Payroll to maintain accurate employee records, partnering with the learning and development team, generating reports, and analyzing HR-related data to support decision-making.
In the Recruitment Support segment, responsibilities will include candidate travel management, new hire system setup, vendor management, employee referral program management, recruitment merchandise management, and providing cover for recruitment coordinators as required.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must possess demonstrable professional experience as an assistant/coordinator or in a similar role. Prior experience supporting a Human Resources and/or Recruitment team is preferred.
You should be able to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to creatively solve problems. Additionally, exceptional attention to detail, superior time management, organizational skills, and discretion when handling confidential information are crucial.
About the RoleThis position offers an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
