Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Aurion Professional to provide support and training services. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting complex system issues, delivering one-on-one training, and building team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of structured training programs to upskill payroll staff
  • Liaise with users to understand issue context and provide resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues
  • Complete support requests within defined service levels
  • Transfer knowledge from general system administration skills to technical configuration expertise
  • Define and implement enhancements as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in troubleshooting Aurion issues and implementing upgrades
  • Full technical understanding of the Aurion system
  • Able to deliver high-quality training
