Job Opportunity: System Support Specialist

This is a key role within the Centralised Processing program, responsible for delivering reliable infrastructure monitoring and alerting services globally. The team operates on a roster covering 7 am – 7 pm weekdays.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft System Centre (SCOM), proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware (VRO, vSphere) and Citrix, strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows Server and Linux/Unix, and skills in automation scripting using tools like Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver reliable infrastructure monitoring and alerting services worldwide.
  • Perform specialist technical and engineering activities aligned with project objectives.
  • Learn and apply new technologies to enhance service delivery.
  • Promote innovation by identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • Foster collaboration within the team and participate in the on-call roster as required.
