About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Perth. In this critical role, you will work closely with sub-region and functional management teams to provide financial expertise that maximizes shareholder value. As the primary finance interface, you will collaborate with the local leadership team to deliver insights into performance and drive accountability across the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize contract value by identifying unprofitable contracts and optimizing variation management opportunities.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial bid models for new or changing proposals submitted by the Account Management team.
- Conduct regular commercial reviews to understand cost and value concepts and take actions to improve overall returns.
- Provide financial advice to projects, business improvement initiatives, and manage working capital and cash flow.
- Evaluate and manage financial performance for the business unit, ensuring compliance with Group standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of post-graduate experience in accounting or finance (or a related discipline)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business discipline
- Professional designation: CA, CMA, or CPA (or nearly qualified)
- Experience in a large, global business
- Experience with SAP and SAP Hana
