About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Rewards Team as a Consultant or Senior Consultant.

The ideal candidate will work across all aspects of our diverse Rewards practice, developing solutions and solving problems for clients across performance, rewards and transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the delivery of reward-related projects, such as designing new long-term incentives and working through remuneration implications for merging companies.
  • Growing our team through coaching and developing team members.
  • Bringing innovative ideas and integrating AI solutions into daily work.
