About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Cyber Security industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, building strong relationships, and working closely with stakeholders across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and drive renewals, account expansion, and advocacy across your accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and work closely with stakeholders across the company.
  • Maintain and grow revenue across verticals and present, discuss, and demonstrate our solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years' experience in SaaS, Technology, Managed Services, or Professional Services.
  • Proven achievement in managing B2B accounts and comfortable with face-to-face interaction.
  • Clear communication skills and valid working rights in Australia.
