Darktrace is a global leader in cyber security AI, delivering complete AI-powered solutions to protect its customers from complex threats.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our regional team and drive success in the field. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving usage, adoption, renewal, and expansion of Darktrace products, growing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and achieving commercial targets.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales or customer success experience, with a proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving renewals. They should also have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as strong technical and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive usage, adoption, renewal, and expansion of Darktrace products
  • Grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and achieve commercial targets
  • Lead a regional team, including Team Leads, and provide guidance on strategic goal setting and tactical execution
  • Act as primary escalation point for team members and orchestrate resources across the company as needed
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and optimize upsell and cross-sell strategies
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve POV quota and pipeline generation for the team
  • Maintain a strong team culture and set the tone for the wider team, including difficult coaching conversations
  • Participate in corporate development methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales or customer success experience
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving renewals
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen
  • Possess passion and enthusiasm for Cybersecurity, Customers, and Darktrace

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and other factors.
