Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Business Growth Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer relationships and stakeholder management, as well as high-level product knowledge.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will work closely with the Area Sales Team to ensure assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with Maersk solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting sales reps using standard channels to build long-term trusting relationships with customers
  • Ensuring internal alignment on customer goals and marketing strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute omni-channel digital marketing strategies
  • Continually assessing customer progress toward stated goals and driving expected results in areas of adoption, usage, business value, friction, and overall relationship
  • Acting as a customer advocate, ensuring customer needs are met and account issues are resolved quickly
  • Managing the allocation process and coordinating with customers to ensure they deliver on commitments
  • Managing tender handling processes and coordinating with internal stakeholders to submit comprehensive and competitive offers
  • Coordinating quoting and contracting processes with relevant stakeholders
  • Timely contract renewals and contract management

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
