Health Service Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Cedar Health Service. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing responsive reception and administrative services, support, and advice to the Strategic Projects and Training team and site staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provides responsive reception and administrative services, support, and advice to support the work of the Strategic Projects and Training team and site staff.
- Undertakes the processing and maintenance of site data and associated records, CHS client management systems, financial, HR, and purchasing administration functions.
- Is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides a wide range of services and is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer service to consumers who have experienced trauma, abuse, and domestic family violence in a professional, responsive, and timely manner to achieve optimal client-focused outcomes.
- Requires a flexible autonomous approach to work using initiative and the ability to prioritise competing workload demands.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of client management information and record management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of a reception and administration service.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information and the provision of high-quality customer service.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of office equipment and the Microsoft Office Suite: Internet, Outlook, Word, and Excel to an advanced level.
