About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administration Officer to join our team at the Women's and Children's Health Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and Administrative Services: Provide responsive reception and administrative services to support the work of our teams.
  • Client Data Management: Process and maintain site data and associated records, client management systems, financial, HR, and purchasing administration functions.
  • High-Quality Customer Service: Deliver a high-quality customer service to our consumers who have experienced trauma, abuse, and domestic family violence in a professional, responsive, and timely manner.
  • Work Prioritization: Use initiative and ability to prioritize competing workload demands in a flexible and autonomous approach to work.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in using client management information and record management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing reception and administration services.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated experience in using office equipment and the Microsoft Office Suite to an advanced level.
