Allied Health Outpatient Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outpatient Administrative Officer to join our Allied Health team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination and operation of our outpatient services.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our clinical staff, responding to patient enquiries, and enhancing the overall patient experience. You will also have the opportunity to guide and mentor new and less experienced team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Develop and implement practical procedures and adapt to new information and changes.
