Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Humanities Teacher to join our partner school in the south eastern suburbs. This full-time role involves teaching Humanities across Years 7-10 and contributing to the development of an engaging middle years curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver innovative Humanities lessons for Years 7-10 students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum programs
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting student engagement and academic success
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Masters of Teaching, Bachelor of Education, PGCE)
- Current VIT registration or eligibility to gain
- Experience teaching Humanities across Years 7-10 or equivalent
- A passion for engaging students at the middle years level
- Working rights for Australia or eligibility to gain
