About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at dnata catering. As part of our Perth Airport operations, this role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and servicing logs, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure main equipment and services are available for essential production, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Coordinate external trades (contractors) for specialist check-ups and repairs, applying effective cost control measures.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and manage receipts, responding to queries as needed.
  • Contribute to a safety-first environment, adhering to Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role, preferably in the aviation or food manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in customer service, with strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, and take emergency calls outside of normal office hours.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical equipment, CMMS, and CAFM systems is an advantage.
