**Location**: Perth, Adelaide or Darwin

What this job involves
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team and support the service delivery functions of Government Client tenants and Facilities Managers. This role requires the coordination of facilities management of a portfolio with a mix of owned and leased properties.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:
Coordination of facilities management as delegated by the Facilities Manager
Ensure that difficulties on site are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities and to the agreed program
Deliver excellent customer service to meet stakeholders’ expectations
Ensure compliance to all OH&S, Environment and Risk Management Policies and Procedures
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
Develop a strong understanding of the various property management database systems

Desired experience and technical skills

What we are looking for?
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word & internet research skills
Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred
