We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding & Events Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end event coordination for weddings, private functions, corporate gatherings, and other events.

You will work closely with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure every event reflects high standards and leaves a lasting impression.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in events coordination, preferably with a strong background in weddings and/or hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a wide range of events including weddings, social functions, conferences, and corporate gatherings.

  • Be the dedicated contact for wedding clients – guiding them through the entire journey, from enquiry to ceremony and reception.

  • Develop detailed event plans including timelines, floor plans, run sheets and supplier coordination.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution.

  • Manage on-the-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and every detail is taken care of.

  • Support the Conference and Events Manager in building and nurturing vendor and client relationships.

  • Continually look for ways to elevate our events offering through creative ideas and trend insights.

About You:

  • Proven experience in events coordination, ideally with a strong background in weddings and/or hospitality.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

  • A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
