Job Title: Venue Supervisor for Functions and Front of House Manager

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to work at our premier performance and convention facilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patrons and clients
  • Supervising functions and events at Riverlinks Venues
  • Managing front of house operations for performances
  • Contributing to the success of our council's events and programs

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Hospitality, Events or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality or events management
  • Ability to work evening and weekend shifts on an irregular basis
