Job Title: Riverlinks Venue Supervisor

The Goulburn Valley is a key region in Victoria, known for its strong agricultural and irrigation base. It is often referred to as 'The Food Bowl of Australia' due to the significant contribution it makes to the state's agricultural production.

We are seeking someone with excellent customer relations skills to perform the role of Venue Supervisor for functions and Front of House Manager for performances at our venues. This position requires evening and weekend work on an irregular basis.

The successful candidate will contribute to the success of our premier performance and convention facilities. They will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a dynamic and diverse environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to event clients and patrons
  • Managing front-of-house operations during events
  • Ensuring smooth event execution and timely set-up/take-down
