Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Event Coordinator to join our team.

In this dynamic role, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of events, including weddings, social functions, conferences, and corporate gatherings.

You will work closely with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure every event reflects high standards and leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver a wide range of events, including weddings, social functions, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
  • Be the dedicated contact for wedding clients, guiding them through the entire journey from enquiry to ceremony and reception.
  • Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, floor plans, run sheets, and supplier coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage on-the-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and every detail is taken care of.
  • Support the Events Manager in building and nurturing vendor and client relationships.
  • Continually look for ways to elevate our events offering through creative ideas and trend insights.

About You:
  • Proven experience in events coordination, ideally with a strong background in weddings and/or hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills – approachable, professional, and calm under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules as required.
