Event Coordinator Role

This is a dynamic position where you will manage the end-to-end coordination of events. You will be responsible for planning and delivering various events including weddings, social functions, conferences, and corporate gatherings.

You will work closely with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure every event meets our high standards and leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed event plans including timelines, floor plans, run sheets, and supplier coordination.
  • Manage on-the-day operations ensuring everything runs smoothly and every detail is taken care of.
  • Support the Conference and Events Manager in building vendor and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Continually look for ways to elevate our events offering through creative ideas and trend insights.
About You:
  • Proven experience in events coordination ideally with a strong background in hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Flexible and willing to work evenings weekends and event-driven schedules as required.
