We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Gorilla Jobs, specializing in occupational rehabilitation jobs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse case load, including pre-claim support, WA Workers Compensation & Motor-Vehicle Insurance claims, and delivering case management and coordinating rehabilitation services.

What You Need:

  • Qualifications and accreditations – Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Exercise Physiologist (ESSA), Psychologist (AHPRA), Occupational Therapist (AHPRA), Physiotherapist (AHPRA), and/or Nurse (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 1 year of workplace rehabilitation experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated understanding of working within a multi-disciplinary team and managing stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
