About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Generation Health, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical injuries. Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' needs and develop effective rehabilitation plans that enable them to return to work safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use advanced psychosocial risk tools to provide holistic support and achieve positive outcomes
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including initial needs, workplace evaluations, and activities of daily living
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals

Requirements

  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes
  • Clinical experience in developing rehabilitation plans and conducting assessments
