As part of Generation Health, a global leader in workplace health, injury management and safety, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Darwin.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who can work as a Rehabilitation Consultant, supporting individuals who have sustained physical injuries by assessing their needs and providing effective solutions that enables them to safely return to existing or new employment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Use award-winning psychosocial risk tools to provide holistic and psychosocial support to achieve great outcomes
  • Complete functional capacity evaluations
  • Conduct assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments and activities of daily living
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve recovery at work
  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes
  • Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans
  • Clinical experience in conducting assessments
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including study leave, discounted private health membership, social and community-based activities and the opportunity to purchase additional leave.
