The successful candidate will work from home arrangement, contributing to the development and delivery of culturally appropriate programs and services for our First Nations clients. They will evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs, identify future employment or training options, and perform various assessments depending on their area of clinical expertise.

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for effective case management, planning, coordinating, and monitoring client progress toward their return-to-work goal. You will engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will require an understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and professional registration are essential. A variety of levels of experience from graduate to senior levels are welcome to apply.
