This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership position and shape the future of our organization through strategic contract management.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of contracts, collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery, and communicating effectively with suppliers to support the execution of contract deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing procurement and contracting strategies for assigned capital projects.
  • Serving as the primary representative, making timely and informed decisions within contractual boundaries to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers and on-site project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

You will have the flexibility to choose your primary work location from either our new Perth office or our Bindjareb office while benefiting from our flexible work arrangement.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Law or equivalent in construction related field is required.
  • A strong background in contract management, successfully having managed EPC, Design & Construct, Construction or Major Civil contracts within a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in time-sensitive environments, with a strong focus on detail, proactive collaboration, and delivering practical solutions.
