Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to support our operations.

Duties will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Monitoring contract performance and addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Overseeing contract renewals, extensions, and terminations as required by business needs.
  • Identifying risks within contract terms and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Providing commercial and contractual guidance to internal teams.
  • Leading and managing the commercial and procurement teams.
Main Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a Commercial leadership role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in contract preparation, negotiation, and management.
  • A strong understanding of legal terminology and contract law.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
