We are seeking an experienced Strategic Contract Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring legal and commercial compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering positive relationships between stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and negotiation, conflict, and influencing skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Review, negotiate, and amend contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery, and project close out to ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments to maintain a high level of quality and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Contract Management or a related field
  • Police clearance due to projects being on a Defence site
  • Ability to meet country of origin and security clearance requirements
