About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead our contract administration team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimising contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts for small, mid and large-scale projects is a key responsibility of this position.
  • As a Senior Contract Manager, you will provide leadership and mentorship to junior contracts administrators to develop their skills and expertise.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations.
  • Monitoring contract performance and resolving issues proactively will also be a significant aspect of this role.
  • In addition, you will contribute to strategic planning and drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our contract administration function.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Construction Management or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in contract administration, including negotiating and managing complex agreements is essential.
  • A strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements is necessary to excel in this position.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills are required to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement is vital to achieve success in this role.
