As a Key Account Manager at our organization, you will play a critical role in building and developing current business while identifying new opportunities for growth. You will secure briefs, identify and respond to customer needs, and develop excellent internal relationships across various departments.
Reporting to our Sales Manager, Taste & Wellbeing, you will lead important projects, coordinate key departments, and achieve project timelines. You will introduce new products to potential or existing customers, manage key customer accounts, and participate in project briefs to promote customer relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in food or relevant industries.
- An education background in sales, marketing, business, food science, or any relevant area.

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance by working towards annual targets.
- Lead projects and coordinate departments to achieve project timelines.
- Develop projects to win and retain new key accounts.
- Manage key customer accounts by participating in project briefs and promoting customer relationships.
- Attend customer visits to service their needs and address issues promptly.
- Monitor competition movements and communicate information to key company partners.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports, presenting new wins.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain project briefs in the system.
