
Developing Long-Term Client Relationships

The role of Client Relations Specialist is a critical position within our Investor Relations team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support all aspects of client relationship management for institutional investors in our Australian & New Zealand (ANZ) strategies.
- Coordination, management, and distribution of quarterly and annual reports, including proofreading, editing, and report writing, as well as coordinating responses to any follow-up questions from clients.
- Management of annual investor meetings, including contributing to the production of annual meetings content, presentations, delivery, and meeting logistics.
- Manage client records, including collecting and maintaining accurate information, such as contact information, investment information, memberships on advisory boards, and investor voting directions.
- Support management of client issues by coordinating and providing timely and thoughtful responses to ad hoc investor queries related to accounting, financial analysis, and asset management.
- Support efficiencies and improvements in client services and reporting.
- Establish, engage with, and maintain key relationships with ANZ strategy investors.
- Work closely with Investor Relations team and funds management teams to ensure ANZ client servicing program delivers on business plan.
- Some travel within the ANZ region and internationally as required.
We require an individual with excellent project management capability, organisational skills, and strong experience in client relationship management. A demonstrated interest in sustainability and responsible investment is also desirable. If you have experience working with institutional investors or alternative assets, it would be beneficial. You must be a team player and work well under pressure and deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, liberal arts, or equivalent is preferred.
