Finance Relationship Manager Position
">Award-winning lender seeks a top relationship manager to join the Sydney team.
**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will use exceptional relationship skills to understand clients' needs and provide personalized finance solutions through lending, insurance, and wealth products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage client relationships to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow customer portfolio and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial solutions aligned with clients' goals.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to assess portfolio growth opportunities.
- Proactively address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience in relationship or business development roles working with self-employed/commercial clients.
2. In-depth knowledge of business/commercial lending and insurance products.
3. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
