Key Account Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Professional to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Provide excellent service while ensuring competitive pricing
  • Project management to guarantee timely, accurate, and actionable outcomes
  • Influence change to enhance supply chain efficiency
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they achieve project objectives & timelines, meet service levels, and attain annual NPS scores
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Management role, preferably focusing on Supply Chain Management
  • Strong focus on relationship management
  • Detailed understanding of commercial drivers in business
  • Proven analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills
