This exciting opportunity is part of our Procurement Team, reporting directly to the Head of Indirect Procurement. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain strategic partnerships that deliver value and drive business outcomes across a broad and dynamic landscape.
The scope of this role encompasses managing commercial engagements, sourcing strategic partners for large-scale initiatives, and providing end-to-end procurement support. Your influence will span from identifying cost reduction opportunities to leading RFx processes and consolidating vendor bases.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnership & Vendor Management:
- Nurture vendor relationships in collaboration with business owners to maximize value.
- Identify and implement initiatives that reduce costs without compromising quality or scope.
- Manage RFx processes across multiple categories to ensure optimal results.
- Conduct regular supplier reviews to ensure contractual compliance and resolve disputes effectively.
- Commercial Negotiation & Lifecycle Support:
- Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining ethical standards.
- Provide expert advice on vendor lifecycle management and contractual best practices.
- Consolidate vendors to leverage scale and drive business growth.
- Operational Excellence:
- Review and approve purchase requisitions to ensure alignment with supplier agreements.
- Promote best practice procurement strategies across business units and spend categories.
- Support procurement transformation initiatives and system improvements.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Strong background in procurement processes and policy compliance.
- In-depth understanding of vendor lifecycle management and strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating complex supplier contracts.
- Commercial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of delivering cost savings through strategic sourcing.
- Experience leading RFx processes and managing procurement projects.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
