Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Builder to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for driving engagement with existing and new pharmacy relationships via digital promotional initiatives to achieve assigned engagement objectives and targets.

This position focuses on both sales and implementing digital marketing/omnichannel initiatives to achieve desired sales targets and outcomes.

  • Drive engagement with existing and new pharmacy relationships
  • Measure and report on digital engagement analytics
  • Respond promptly to customer needs with a call-back system
  • Ensure promotional coverage for key banner customers
  • Account and order management processing

About the Role:

To be successful in this position, you will possess prior outbound customer service, digital marketing or tele-sales experience, along with a good understanding of the sales process. Pharmacy/FMCG experience is desirable, along with tertiary qualifications in a business, communications, or Science-related discipline.

Understanding of commercial business operations is essential along with previous experience collating and analysing data and analytics particularly in a digital marketing or sales capacity.
