Debt Product Specialist

Key Objectives:

  • Promote debt product sales aligned with industry benchmarks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all debt-related financial transactions using technology and automation.
  • Manage brokerage/commission revenue for debt products accurately and on time.
  • Own customer queries via the command management system.
  • Address customer commands promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support business growth in unlisted shares in line with market trends.
  • Generate MIS reports for debt and WMS functions to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all WMS functions related to debt products across group companies.
  • Engage stakeholders through insightful blogs and knowledge materials related to department products.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in debt or unlisted equity segments.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of debt and unlisted equity products.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant finance/operations software.
