Job Title: Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced proactive Credit Controller to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively chase all overdue B2B & B2C debts to ensure invoices due are paid on time.
  • Manage inbound customer and internal depot calls.
  • Review stopped orders regularly for release and work alongside Sales Teams to clear any overdue balances or queries.
  • Identify queries and liaise with Sales Teams to effectively resolve customer queries.
  • Regularly review debt ledgers, account reconciliations, and manage unallocated cash.
  • Oversee high-spend fuel card accounts, ensuring credit exposure is within acceptable limits.
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial awareness in a competitive industry.
  • Excellent telephone manner with experience in high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
  • Effective communication skills with both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is desirable.
