About the Role

The Proposal Coordinator will play a key role in creating a strong and profitable customer relationship for Singtel Group, from the initial proposal notification, through to service implementation.

The role requires support to the overall Business Development team, with a primary focus on the Account Management and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build capability levels of the account teams by assisting in the planning and execution of Proposals.
  • Engage with and support the sales team on tenders and delivery of new sales orders.
  • Work with the commercial team to update pricing and contract variations.
  • Assist with proposal development and management of the delivery internal governance process for stakeholder approval.
  • Gather information required from the team and client to develop documentation.
  • Follow processes and procedures that are required of the account teams to bring an opportunity to close and claim.
  • Develop and build strong customer relationships.
  • Build robust Governance process and documentation.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship required for Security Clearance purposes.
  • ICT or Telecommunications background is not essential, however is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of voice Products, NetAccess DSL, Mobile products, Data Products.
  • Extremely well organised with some Project Management skills.
  • Strong Communication, Customer Focused and solid relationship building skills.
  • Professional Presentation experience.
  • Proven track record with critical time Management and Task Prioritisation.
