Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate bid presentations that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities
  • Manage and coordinate submissions in line with given timeframes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Utilize advanced Word skills to create and complete submissions that meet customer requirements
  • Work closely with Project Management plans to produce quality submissions that meet our company's standards
  • Assist with the updating of project profiles and curriculum vitae to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues

Requirements

  • General knowledge of Project Management and Fit-Out methodology
  • Background in the bid coordination and preparation process
  • Highly articulate with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated tender, bid, or project administration experience
  • Knowledge of construction tenders and the bid process
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, with strong time management skills to support meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
