About the Role

The Proposal Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Government account team, with a primary focus on Account Management and Pre-Sales teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of proposals to build capability levels of the account teams.
  • Engage with and support the sales team on tenders and delivery of new sales orders.
  • Work with the commercial team to update pricing and contract variations.
  • Assist with proposal development and management of the delivery internal governance process for stakeholder approval.
  • Gather information required from the team and client to develop documentation.
  • Follow processes and procedures to bring an opportunity to close and claim.
  • Develop and build strong customer relationships.
  • Build robust governance processes and documentation.
Requirements
  • ICT or Telecommunications background is not essential, but advantageous.
  • Knowledge of voice products, NetAccess DSL, Mobile products, Data Products.
  • Extremely well-organized with some project management skills.
  • Strong communication, customer-focused, and solid relationship-building skills.
  • Professional presentation experience.
  • Proven track record with critical time management and task prioritization.
